Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup natural plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 pinches fine salt
- 4 oz cooked ham (for the filling)
- 3 oz fresh spreadable cheese (for the filling)
- as needed olive oil (for the pan)
Steps
On a pastry board, put the flour in a fountain shape, add the yogurt, salt, and oil.
Knead the ingredients well until you get a smooth, compact dough that does not stick. If you have time, let it rest for about ten minutes wrapped in plastic wrap or covered by a container.
Now take the dough and divide it into 2 parts.
Flour a work surface well, roll out the first part with a rolling pin, trying to form a circle about 10 inches in diameter.
Slightly heat a non-stick pan, you can lightly oil it. Place the first yogo-piadina inside.
If you prefer, prepare the piadina already stuffed and covered in the pan and then put it on the fire, so you can do it more calmly, preventing the one below from burning.
Spread it with cheese, place the slices of cooked ham on top.
Cover everything with the second yogo-piadina, try to seal the edges, cook it on one side for three or four minutes over medium heat.
Turn it over to cook the other side for another three or four minutes. It should be nicely golden.
