Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry (round, about 8 oz)
- 1 tablespoon fig jam (or any jam of your choice)
- 1 apple (about 5 oz)
Steps
Wash the apple, peel it, and cut it into fairly small cubes. Put them in a container; you can add a bit of lemon juice and sugar if you prefer. I left them natural.
Roll out the round puff pastry and spread the jam on one half.
Add the diced apple.
Fold the other half of the puff pastry over and seal the edge well with the tines of a fork.
