The soft apple and raisin cake is one of the quickest cakes, no stand mixer needed, no electric beaters needed, just a bowl and a hand whisk. Besides being easy and quick to prepare, the soft apple and raisin cake is also very tasty. It stays soft for days and is perfect for breakfast or even for a snack. If you like good but quick-to-prepare cakes, I also recommend trying these.
