Ladyfingers easy recipe for everyone, this is truly easy, it was a surprise even for me! I prepared it in just five minutes. Homemade ladyfingers are soft inside and very crumbly outside, they basically melt in your mouth. Only three ingredients are needed, and no yeast is required. Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 80 g cornstarch (maizena)

Preparation

  • Three ingredients suffice to prepare ladyfingers. With these quantities, you make about 130 grams of ladyfingers, which is a lot because they are super light.

  • In the stand mixer, beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form; when they look glossy and well-bulged, they’re ready. Add the yolks while continuing to beat. Out of the mixer, fold in the cornstarch with a spatula.

  • Using the piping bag, shape the cookies into sticks and dust them with powdered sugar twice generously. Bake them at 375°F (190°C) for 11 minutes. Watch the video tutorial which will assist you.
