Ingredients

  • 2 sea breams (weighing 14 oz each)
  • 1 bunch rosemary (or parsley)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 lemon

Preparation

  • Insert a crushed clove of garlic and a thin slice of lemon inside the fish;
