How to make rotisserie chicken at home? It’s simple, just prepare a good emulsion that makes the chicken tender and flavorful, and if you have a rotisserie oven, skewer the chicken onto the rotisserie spit, rotate the chicken during the cooking phase to cook it well on all sides.
If your oven is not equipped with a rotisserie, get a baking pan to put water and white wine in. Place a rack in the pan that doesn’t touch the water where the chicken will rest.
During cooking, the chicken skin will release fat, allowing the lean meat to season.
The goodness of this main course lies in the aromatic herbs that also give it a good aroma.
And for a side dish, definitely good potatoes.
