Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 8 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 8 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 8 tablespoons milk
  • 8 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 packet baking powder
  • to taste walnuts

Preparation
