At my house, at least once a week, we have to eat broccoli.

Despite my daughters’ countless attempts to persuade me to avoid them, the rule is that they must be eaten because they are healthy, in season, and considered natural antibiotics.

Obviously, I make sure to cook them in a way that is closest to the girls’ tastes.

The spicy broccoli in a pressure cooker are really good and especially quick to prepare.

If you also have someone in the family who is quite reluctant to this type of vegetable, I recommend proposing this recipe to them, but above all, I recommend using the pressure cooker as a cooking method.

With the pressure cooker, you avoid the smell of broccoli throughout the house, cook them quickly, and they are full of flavor.
