Ingredients

  • 6 oz scialatielli
  • 1 lemon (zest)
  • 3 oz smoked swordfish
  • 1.8 oz spinach (boiled)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • to taste thyme
  • to taste salt
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil

Tools

  • 1 Frying pan long-handled steel frying pan

Preparation

  • Cut the yellow part of the lemon into thin strips and blanch in salted water for 3 minutes.

    Dry them well and sauté in a pan with garlic and oil.

    Remove from heat and add thyme, sliced swordfish, boiled spinach, and mix everything together.

    Add salt.

    Cook the pasta and set aside a cup of cooking water.

    Pour the al dente pasta into the fish sauce along with its cooking water and mix vigorously.

    Serve immediately.
