Ingredients

  • 1/2 rabbit
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 scoops vegetable broth
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 apple
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste fine salt
  • to taste pepper

Preparation

  • To prepare the oven-baked rabbit, first wash the rabbit under running water, then dry it;

    In a large pan, slowly fry the garlic, carrot, and chopped rosemary for 1 minute;
