- 10.5 tbsps butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 5.5 tbsps granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 1.25 cups chocolate chips

In a bowl mix the room temperature butter cut into pieces with the granulated sugar and powdered sugar.
Mix well with a whisk until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
Add two eggs, a pinch of salt, and stir.

Now add the sifted flour and baking soda.
Knead until the flour is well incorporated, now the mixture will be more consistent.
