Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 3 stalks celery
- 2.1 oz raisins
- 1.1 oz pine nuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (1 lemon)
- to taste salt

Recipe
Wash the celery and cut the stalks into pieces.
In a small bowl mix the olive oil with the juice of 1 lemon and a pinch of salt.Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into small pieces or thin slices, then transfer them to a bowl, add the pieces of celery stalks and the raisins soaked in warm water for 10 minutes and then squeezed.
Immediately season with the oil and lemon sauce (this dressing will prevent the apples from turning dark) and mix.
Once the salad with apples is ready, divide it onto serving plates and before presenting it to your guests, enrich it by sprinkling it with pine nuts. Enjoy your meal!

Storage: it keeps in the fridge for 1 day in an airtight container.
