Base quantities for about 5.3 oz of sauce.
For a larger amount, increase all the ingredients proportionally.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 yolk (of hard-boiled egg)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 pickles
  • 1/2 tablespoon pickled capers
  • A few stalks chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

  • Hard-boil an egg and take only the yolk, place it in a bowl along with the lemon juice
