Tasty Air Fryer Calamari

The tasty air fryer calamari is a flavorful and light main course to serve in the summer when you really don’t feel like turning on the oven.

The recipe is very simple! A piece of cake, I used frozen rings and tentacles of calamari seasoned with salt turmeric, a tablespoon of mixed seeds, and added yellow cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 0.88 lbs of fresh or frozen calamari tentacles and rings
  • 0.55 lbs of yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tsps of mixed seeds
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 tbsps of EVO oil
  • to taste of salt
  • to taste of oregano
  • to taste of turmeric

Steps

  • Wash and cut the yellow cherry tomatoes into quarters, season with salt, oregano, and a tablespoon of EVO oil.

  • Proceed to season the cleaned fish with salt, plenty of turmeric, and garlic.
    I used spray essence, but you can add a fresh garlic clove.

  • Pour the seasoned fish into a container for cooking in the air fryer, adding the other two tablespoons of EVO oil.
    Sprinkle the teaspoon of mixed seeds on top; if you don’t like them, you can skip adding them.
    Incorporate the tomatoes and place in the fryer to cook at 374°F for 20 minutes.
