- 4 slices chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (whole wheat or white)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup mixed seeds

Recipe
In a deep dish, beat an egg and place the chicken slices. Meanwhile, mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, and salt in a flat dish.
Now bread the slices by draining them one at a time from the egg, pass them in the breading and press lightly to ensure the breadcrumbs adhere well to the meat.
Grease a baking tray (you can also use baking paper) and place the breaded chicken slices side by side, drizzle the surface with a little oil, season with salt and finally distribute about 1 tbsp of mixed seeds on each chicken breast.
Bake in a static hot oven at 375°F for about 20 minutes, the cooking time may vary slightly according to your oven.
