- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar

How to prepare the Original Nun Cake
In a large bowl, pour the ricotta, eggs, and salt. Beat with whisks, mixing until you get double the volume.
Next, add the almond flour and mix well.
Take a pan of about 8 inches, square or round, it doesn’t matter. Line it with parchment paper, then pour the blended mixture into the pan.
