Steps
Preparation of Crispy Feta in Air Fryer
Coat each slice of feta in flour first,
Then in beaten egg
Finally, in breadcrumbs. For extra crispiness, you can repeat the egg-breadcrumb step.
Place the feta in the air fryer basket or tray, lightly oiled.
and spray a little oil on the surface.
Cook at 392°F for 10 minutes, gently turning, during the last few minutes if necessary, until the feta is golden and crispy.
Here it is, beautifully golden
Crispy feta should be enjoyed hot, freshly made, when the inside is soft and the outside is nicely crispy. Ideal for a quick aperitif or an original appetizer to share.

Storage
Crispy feta in air fryer is best enjoyed freshly prepared. If there are leftovers, you can store them in the refrigerator, in an airtight container, for 1 day.
To regain crispiness, reheat in the air fryer at 356°F for 3–4 minutes.
Freezing is not recommended, as feta tends to lose consistency.
Tips
For a crunchier coating, repeat the egg and breadcrumb step.
Add spices to the breadcrumbs to customize the flavor.
Do not overlap the pieces in the basket for even cooking.
Variations
You can cut it into cubes and use it as ingredients for fresh salads or summer bowls.
