- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 5 oz orange peel (untreated)
- 1 cup milk
- 7 tbsp sunflower oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3 eggs
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

If you have a Bimby, you should first blend the peels with the sugar at speed 10 for 10 seconds, then add all the other ingredients at speed 5 for 20 seconds.
Steps
Making this dessert is really a piece of cake. Follow these steps and the orange fragrance will fill the whole house!
Put the previously washed orange peels with the white part into the blender, and with the pulp, make this air fryer orange and carrot bundt cake, it’s fabulous. Blend everything for a few seconds.
Add the eggs, oil, and milk, and finally the flour with the sifted baking powder.
Pour everything into a greased and floured bundt cake pan about 8 inches in diameter and bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes, but always do the toothpick test and adjust with your oven.
