PANDORO ROLL with JAM and MASCARPONE, an easy and quick dessert with only 3 ingredients, a super fun recipe to use up leftover pandoro or panettone.
I still had leftover pandoro from the holidays and honestly no desire to make complicated desserts. So I made this pandoro roll with jam and mascarpone, one of those clever recipes that save dessert, breakfast, and snack time in a flash.
It really takes just a few minutes to prepare and is the kind of dessert that looks more elaborate than it actually is. The mascarpone makes everything creamy, the jam provides that contrast that always works, and the leftover pandoro magically becomes the star again.
This roll with leftover pandoro or panettone is a balanced dessert if enjoyed in moderation and is perfect when you want something good without stress.

PANDORO ROLL with JAM and MASCARPONE
👉 Useful tips: choose a nice thick jam so the roll stays compact.
If the pandoro is a bit dry, lightly brush it with milk or orange juice. A stint in the fridge makes it even better.
