This round soft cheese with celery and lemon is truly irresistible and different from the usual.
It is quick to prepare and pairs well with boiled chicory seasoned with oil and garlic.
A recipe I thought of to use the soft cheese that I unfortunately sometimes forget in the fridge and it often goes bad. So I thought of using it this way to finish it all at once.
I must say that I, who love cheeses and even raw vegetables, liked it a lot.
I like to eat raw celery stalks which are also very good for you as they are rich in fibers. Meanwhile, celery leaves can be cooked and used for broth or other.
