- 1.1 lbs fennel
- 1 orange (juiced)
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- to taste fine salt
- to taste whole peppercorns

Preparation
Squeeze an orange and place it in a small bowl;
Chop the rosemary and add it to the orange;
