Roasted Fennel with Orange - Light Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbs fennel
  • 1 orange (juiced)
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste fine salt
  • to taste whole peppercorns

Preparation

  • Squeeze an orange and place it in a small bowl;

    Chop the rosemary and add it to the orange;

    Add the olive oil, whole peppercorns, and salt. Mix;

    Line the baking sheet with paper and spread out the sliced fennel;

    With the help of a spoon, pour the orange sauce over all the slices;

    Bake at 392°F for 35 minutes;

    Once ready, place them on a tray and enjoy your meal.
