You can add small pieces of sun-dried tomatoes in oil, flavor with a splash of still white wine, add capers and olives, chop fresh cherry tomatoes with few seeds like the datterini and incorporate them into the breadcrumbs, and more!

Ingredients
- 4 fillets sea bream
- 5 slices sandwich bread (coarsely chopped with a mixer)
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- to taste lemon zest (grated)
- to taste parsley (fresh and chopped)
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste lemon slices (optional for decoration)

Preparation
To prepare this simple and exquisite fish main course, lemon gratinated sea bream fillet, first prepare the breadcrumb coating that will cover the fish.
In a mixer, place the sandwich bread slices, parsley, lemon zest, a pinch of salt, pepper, and the garlic clove with its core removed.
Chop the ingredients without turning them into powder.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place the sea bream fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, drizzled with a bit of oil.
Stuff the fillets with the aromatic breadcrumb coating and drizzle with a little oil.
Bake in a static oven at 356°F for about 15 minutes or depending on your oven’s features.
