The romaine lettuce salad with paprika squid rings is a tasty and light main course with a side for a family lunch.
A fresh and balanced main dish to take if you decide to have lunch on the beach, perfect for those on a diet but who want to eat without sacrificing taste.
The romaine lettuce salad with paprika squid rings is a complete and satisfying meal that is prepared in no time without sweating over the stove because the rings are cooked in an air fryer, resulting in golden and crispy rings without fats.
To complete the dish, I added a teaspoon of mixed seeds and some walnut halves to the salad.
Seeds are rich in fiber and are high in omega 3 and omega 6, which is why nutritionists often recommend them in diets.
Of course, they are not essential, so if you don’t like them, you can choose not to add them.
Once upon a time, when preparing a salad, it was just a simple side dish dressed with oil, salt, and vinegar, today we can vary according to our imagination and taste.
Here are some of my fresh and colorful salads to showcase on your tables in the warm season.
