Ingredients
- 14 oz vermicelli (rice)
- 2 pinches coarse salt
- 9 oz savoy cabbage
- 2 fresh spring onions
- 1.75 oz onion
- 9 oz chicken breast
- 1 clove garlic
- 9 tablespoons soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons oyster (oyster sauce)
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 teaspoons sugar
Steps
Wash the cabbage, remove the tougher leaves, and cut it into strips. Clean the spring onions and onion and chop them finely. In a wok, put a little vegetable oil, add the chicken cut into strips, and brown for about a minute.
Then add the shredded cabbage, the finely chopped spring onion, and onion. Also, add the cleaned garlic clove to the wok. Cook for about 15 minutes.
