Since we discovered these delicious treats, we can’t resist them, and this time we decided to try the Banana Whoopie with Buttercream. What can I say? We loved them, how about you?

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 packet vanillin (0.4g)
- 1 pinch fine salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 bananas (about 6 oz)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3.5 oz cream cheese
- 1 pinch fine salt

Place the softened butter, sugar, vanillin, and salt in a mixer with beaters and mix until fluffy.
Now add the egg and continue mixing.
Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork until pureed, then add the lemon juice.
At this point, add them to the mixture, along with the flour and baking soda, and mix until smooth.
With a teaspoon, take about 0.4 oz of the mixture and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. You will get 20 cookies.
Bake at 356°F for about 10 minutes, placing the baking sheet on the second rack from the top.
In a mixer with beaters, place the softened butter, cream cheese, and mix until whipped.
Then gradually add the powdered sugar and salt, continuing to mix until you get a velvety cream. To firm it up further, you can refrigerate it for an hour.
Now take half of the cookies you prepared, place them upside down, and put some cream on top of each using a piping bag, syringe, or teaspoon.
Cover with the other half of the cookies.
