Fusilli with rabbit ragù is a very tasty and at the same time delicate first course, enriched by the addition of mushrooms that complete this rustic-flavored dish.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Rabbit Ragù recipe dose
- 12.7 oz Fusilli
- 2 teaspoons Coarse salt
Preparation
For the preparation of the rabbit ragù, follow the recipe found here.
However, halve the doses, as to dress the pasta for 5/6 people, you will only need half of the dose indicated in the recipe found in the link.
Put plenty of water in a pot, as soon as it boils, add the salt and the fusilli.
Drain the pasta at the right cooking point, put it back in the pot and dress it with the rabbit ragù.
Mix well and serve hot.
