This Naan Bread without yeast is light and digestible, really delicious, and with a few tricks, you can prepare it fluffy and hollow inside, ready to be filled with ingredients of your choice.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Plain yogurt
- 2 tsps Fine salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
Preparation
Place the flour on a work surface, make a well in the center, and add the yogurt, salt, and baking soda.
Knead the ingredients well until a smooth and compact dough forms.
Dust the work surface with some flour, place the dough ball on top, cover it with a clean towel, and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
After the resting time, remove the towel and take a rolling pin.
Divide the dough into 8 parts, each will weigh approximately 60/70 grams.
Dust a work surface with flour, take one of the eight parts, press it with your fingers, and place it on the surface.
Roll it out with a rolling pin.
Heat a non-stick pan over fairly high heat.
Place the dough sheet inside, cover it with a lid, after two seconds, before bubbles form, flip it over.
You can also choose not to cover it with the lid the first time. The important thing is to flip it after two or three seconds, before bubbles form.
After flipping it, cover it again with the lid, and let it cook for a few minutes.
Continue flipping it until it is well-cooked.
And here is your flatbread ready to be filled with ingredients of your choice.
Tips/Advice
Make sure to flip the dough after placing it in the pan for one or two seconds, before bubbles form. You may skip covering it with the lid the first time. Then cover it and let it cook for a few minutes. Flip it multiple times until it is fully cooked.
