Ingredients

  • 1.75 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp fine salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Put the flour in a bowl and add the teaspoon of fine salt.

  • Gradually incorporate the water, mixing until you get an elastic and slightly sticky ball.

    If it turns out too hard, add a little more water.

  • Divide the dough into 4 parts, about 2.8 oz each, and let them rest for about 10 minutes.

  • Roll them out with a rolling pin to form a circle about 9 inches in diameter.

  • Heat a pan well, place the first tortilla inside, and cook over high heat for about a minute, then flip it and cook for another minute.

    Flip it two or three more times, when it’s nicely colored remove it from the heat.
