Ingredients

  • 21.2 oz of mixed color peppers
  • 2 fillets of sea bass
  • 3 tablespoons of EVO oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • to taste of salt
  • to taste of turmeric

Steps

  • Wash and cut the peppers in half, remove: stem, pith, and seeds.
    Cut into small pieces.

  • In a baking dish, add the pepper pieces, season with salt, turmeric, and the 3 tablespoons of EVO oil.
    Mix.

  • Place the baking dish in the oven at 428°F for 20 minutes.

  • Season the sea bass fillets with salt and a sprinkle of turmeric.

  • After the peppers are cooked, add the sea bass fillets and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
