Flatbread with Cold Cuts, Tomato, Cheese

We love Flatbread, we enjoy preparing it with different fillings, each according to their own tastes. The Flatbread with cold cuts, tomato, cheese is truly delicious, we fill it according to our preferences with cooked ham, raw ham, salami, speck, with added Emmental, cheese slices, tomatoes, lettuce, and various sauces (mayonnaise, barbecue, yogurt sauce, hot chicken, ketchup). A real treat.

Ingredients

  • 12 Flatbreads
  • 6 slices Prosciutto
  • 6 slices Salami
  • 12 slices Emmental
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • as needed Lettuce
  • various sauces

Preparation

  • Prepare the flatbreads, for the recipe click here (the quantities indicated in the recipe are for 12 flatbreads, if you want to make fewer, reduce the quantities).

    Place the flatbread in a hot pan, add the cold cuts.

  • At this point add a bit of lettuce.

  • Finish your flatbread with sliced tomatoes, cheese of your choice, and your preferred sauce.

  • Close the flatbread and serve it hot.

Tips/Advice

For cold cuts, you can choose what you like best: cooked ham, mortadella, speck, raw ham, salami.

As for the cheeses, I advise against using those that are too watery, prefer scamorza, Emmental, fontina.

Even for the sauces, use those you like most: mayonnaise, ketchup, barbecue sauce, burger sauce, hot chicken, mustard.
