I love cabbage cooked in every way, but I must admit that raw it is really delicious. This Cabbage Salad is truly an explosion of flavors, prepare a little more because it will be a hit.

Ingredients
- 14 oz Cleaned cabbage (1 nice cabbage)
- 5 oz Fresh spreadable cheese
- 5 oz Cleaned carrot (1 nice carrot)
- 3.5 oz Canned yellow corn kernels
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 pinches Fine salt
- 3 pinches Ground black pepper
- 3 tbsps Concentrated lemon juice
- 3 Pickled gherkins
- 2 tbsps Olive oil
Preparation
Wash and remove the tougher parts of the cabbage.
Cut it into fairly thin strips.
Place it in a large container.
Now drain the corn and pour it into the container with the cabbage.
Rinse the carrot, clean it, grate it finely, and add it to the cabbage.
Also add the sliced gherkins.
Separately prepare the dressing: in a bowl put the mayonnaise, spreadable cheese, lemon, salt, pepper, oil and mix until you get a slightly liquid cream.
Pour the cream into the container with the cabbage, mix well to dress it evenly.
If necessary, adjust with salt, oil, and pepper.
