This Savory Pie with Speck, Provola, and Grilled Zucchini is quick to prepare and truly delicious, ideal if you need to make dinner in a short time.

Ingredients
- 1 Round Puff Pastry of 8 oz
- 7 oz Sliced Speck
- 5 oz Provola Cheese
- 3 tablespoons Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1 cup Bechamel Sauce
- 2 Grilled Zucchini
Preparation
Wash, clean the zucchini, and slice them thinly.
Grill them on a very hot plate and set them aside.
To always have grilled zucchini ready, prepare a lot at once and then freeze them, saving time when you need them.
Line a 9.5 inch diameter baking pan with parchment paper, and place the puff pastry on top.
Make a first layer of grilled zucchini.
On top, grate the provola cheese with a coarse grater and then make another layer with the sliced speck.
Now make a new layer of grated provola, then one of grilled zucchini, one of sliced speck, sprinkle with béchamel sauce and cover with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
Place in the oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.
Tips/Advice
To always have grilled zucchini ready, I grill a lot at once and then freeze them, so I can use them anytime, saving time.
