Heavenly Cheesecake is a chilled cake that closely resembles cherry cheesecake. A fresh and delicious spoon dessert, perfect for savoring, with the possibility of preparing it well in advance. An alternative to this is definitely the baked Nutella cheesecake or the pistachio cheesecake. To prepare the cake, I made the classic biscuit base, while for the cream, I used plain yogurt together with cream, then garnished it with cherry jam, but of course, you can use any jams or creams you like. For the more indulgent, you can decorate it with melted chocolate.

How to Make Heavenly Cheesecake
Start by crumbling the biscuits with a mixer, then add the melted butter, mixing everything well.
Pour the crumbled biscuits into the springform pan of 7 inches and, with the help of a spoon, compact the mixture well, thus forming your biscuit base, then let it rest in the freezer for about half an hour.
Soak the sheets of gelatin in cold water and let them soften for a few minutes, then squeeze out the excess water and melt them together with a couple of tablespoons of milk.
Meanwhile, whip the remaining cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar; then, add the yogurt and mix without deflating the mixture.
Mix all the ingredients well with a spatula.
Take the lined mold and pour in the prepared cream.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.
Garnish with the jam or fruit of your choice.
