Ingredients
- 1 Round Puff Pastry about 8 oz
- 10.5 oz Smoked Salmon
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp Dried Chives
- 2 Grilled Zucchini
- 1 pinch Fine Salt
- 3 Medium Eggs
Preparation
Unroll the puff pastry and place it on a work surface.
Position the smoked salmon slices all around and close the puff pastry tightly.
In a bowl, place the eggs, cream, chives, chopped grilled zucchini, and salt, and mix with a whisk.
In a baking pan with a diameter of about 9.5 inches, place the puff pastry and pour the egg mixture inside.
Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
Tips/Advice
A method to always have grilled zucchini ready is to prepare them in the summer and freeze them in freezer bags. You can use them at any time.
Make sure not to put too much salt in the eggs, smoked salmon is already quite salty.
