Mixed Pasta with Surimi and Salmon Cream

I often find myself with many open packs of pasta, all of different shapes and cooking times, but in such small quantities that it wouldn’t be enough for the whole family. That’s why I created the mixed pasta dish, where I gather every type and kind of pasta. This Mixed Pasta with Surimi and Salmon Cream is really quick to prepare and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • 9 oz Mixed Pasta
  • 1/2 cup Salmon Cream
  • 4.4 oz Surimi
  • 2 tsp Coarse Salt
  • to taste Olive Oil
  • to taste Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

  • In a pan with a little oil, sauté the shredded surimi.

    Meanwhile, put plenty of water in a pot, once it boils add the salt and throw in the pasta (taking into account if there are different cooking times).

  • Three minutes before the cooking time, drain the pasta with a slotted spoon and place it directly in the pan with the surimi.

    Add the salmon cream and mix well to combine the ingredients.

    If you like, sprinkle with ground black pepper.

    Serve hot.

Tips/Advice

I don’t often use salmon cream, I certainly prefer to use smoked or fresh salmon, but when you have little time it’s ideal to flavor the pasta.
