I like desserts that can be made quickly, which you can decide to cook at the last minute, without having to plan them days in advance. Here is the Microwave Yogurt Mug Cake, really ready in a flash!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 cup Plain yogurt (non-fat)
- 1 1/4 teaspoons Gelatin (raspberry flavored)
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them with a whisk until well combined.
Fill the two mugs a little more than halfway, add the fruit gelatin in the center, and continue filling with the rest of the mixture.
Place in a 900W microwave for 3.50 minutes.
Tips/advice
Always do the toothpick test to check that they are perfectly cooked.
