Ingredients
- 10.5 oz peas
- 3.5 oz diced cooked ham
- 3.5 oz tomato puree
- 2 pinches fine salt
- to taste olive oil
- to taste ground black pepper
Preparation
Put the oil in a large pan, then add the peas, the puree, the diced cooked ham, and a bit of salt.
Cover with a lid, cook over medium heat for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
If it dries too much, add a little water.
Adjust salt to taste, add pepper if desired.
Serve hot.
