Yogurt and Canned Peaches Pound Cake

The Yogurt and Canned Peaches Pound Cake is great for breakfast or a tasty snack, made more delicious with a fruit filling!

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 container Plain yogurt (4.4 oz)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3.5 oz Canned peaches (drained)
  • 3.4 oz peach juice
  • 1 packet Baking powder (0.56 oz)
  • 1 pinch Salt

Preparation

  • Put the eggs and sugar in a mixer, add the vanilla, a pinch of salt, the oil, and peach juice, and continue mixing until the mixture has a frothy consistency.

    Gradually add the flour with the baking powder, the yogurt, and mix well.

    Butter a loaf pan 10.6×4.3 inches with spray butter, flour it, add half of the batter inside, add the drained canned peaches, and complete with the rest of the batter.

    Bake at 356°F for about 50 minutes. Always do the toothpick test.

Tips/Advice

I recommend draining the canned peaches, so the batter doesn’t become too moist.
