I liked the idea of finding precise and quick doses to remember for making mug cake. That’s how the idea of the Microwave Hundred Mug Cake was born: 100 grams or ml for each ingredient! What could be simpler and quicker?

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 small eggs ((equivalent to 2 eggs))
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3.5 oz cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Divide the mixture into two cups, place in the microwave for 5 minutes (mine is 900 W).
Suggestions/Tips
The cups should be filled 2/3 full; if you have some mixture left, put it in an espresso cup. You’ll make a mini mug cake!
You can add two teaspoons of jam directly into the cup before cooking.
Always do the toothpick test to ensure they are perfectly cooked.
