Let’s try to renew the usual savory pie in a very simple way, but with a small trick that will surely surprise your guests!

Ingredients
- 18 oz Spinach (cooked)
- 4 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 5 oz Turkey (sliced)
- 9 oz Cooked ham (sliced)
- 2 Mozzarella (4.4 oz each)
- to taste Fine salt
- to taste Black pepper (ground)
- 2 Puff pastry (round, 8 oz each)
Preparation
Put the cooked ham and turkey in a food processor and chop finely.
Add the spinach and chop them slightly.
Then add the parmesan, eggs, mozzarella diced, salt, and pepper.
Run the processor until you get a homogeneous cream.
Line a 12-inch baking dish with parchment paper and place the first puff pastry sheet on top.
Pour the spinach mixture inside and try to level it well.
Cut the other puff pastry into thin strips and place them randomly over the pie.
Bake at 356°F for about 45 minutes.
