I love international cuisine and I’ve always been very attracted to Chinese cuisine. I like the flavors and aromas that characterize it, and I enjoy experimenting with new dishes. That’s how “From China”: Green Beans with Sesame and Soy Sauce was born.

- 1.1 lbs Green Beans
- 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce

- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Coarse Salt

Preparation
Clean the green beans and blanch them for 1 minute in boiling salted water. Drain them and let them dry on a towel for a few minutes.
In a wok, heat the vegetable oil and once hot, add the green beans. Cook them on high heat for about 5 minutes, lower the heat, and add the soy sauce, sesame seeds, sugar, vinegar, gomasio (for information and recipe click on the link), chili powder, mix well, cook for one/two minutes, and serve.
Tips/Advice
Gomasio is a mix of fine salt and sesame seeds. If you don’t have it at home, you can easily use these two ingredients.
