Halloween Cream Puffs

Here are my Halloween Cream Puffs, which follow the recipe of the Cream Puffs already on my blog, with the addition of custard colored with green dye, to give a slightly spooky touch! Always in my style, never too splatter!

Ingredients

  • 7/8 cup water
  • 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 7 tbsps butter
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour ((about 5 tablespoons))
  • 3/4 cup sugar ((about 7 tablespoons))
  • 1 packet vanillin (0.4 grams)
  • 4 eggs (medium)
  • 1 tsp green food coloring (5 ml)

Preparation

  • Prepare the cream puffs (for the recipe click on the link) with the same amounts.

  • Prepare the custard (for the recipe click on the link) using the indicated amount in this recipe, which is 4 eggs, 100 grams of flour (about 5 tablespoons), 180 grams of sugar (7 tablespoons), 1 packet of vanillin of 0.4 grams, 700 ml of milk, adding a 5 ml vial of green food coloring.

    Fill the cream puffs with a syringe.
