  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Preparation time: 20 Minutes
  • Cooking time: 25 Minutes
  • Portions: 4 people
  • Cuisine: Italian

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Rectangular Puff Pastry
  • 6 slices Smoked Provola
  • 12 slices Speck
  • 1 Potato

Preparation

  • Slice the potato with a mandoline.

Unroll the pastry and divide it into 6 rectangular parts.

Place a slice of speck on the longest part downwards, top with potato slices and a slice of provola.

Seal everything with another slice of speck.

Close the roll by folding the puff pastry in half, making small cuts to prevent it from swelling and seal well with the tines of a fork.

Place in the oven at 428°F for 25 minutes

Tips/Advice

Try to slice the potatoes thinly, otherwise they might remain raw. For this reason, I recommend using a mandoline.
