Ingredients
- 9 oz spaghetti
- 1.1 lbs clams
- 2 tomatoes (San Marzano)
- to taste coarse salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- to taste olive oil
- to taste black pepper (ground)
- to taste parsley (chopped)
Preparation
Place some olive oil and garlic in a pan, add the clams, diced tomatoes, a glass of water, and let them open over high heat.
In a pot, boil plenty of salted water, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
Drain them and toss them in the pan with the clams.
Notes
Please do not use clams that do not open during the pan phase, as they are usually not good.
