Ingredients
- 10.5 oz Chicken breast
- 10.5 oz Smoked bacon (diced)
- 0.5 cup Cream
- to taste Fine salt
- to taste Black pepper (ground)
- to taste Thyme
- 3.5 oz Onions
- 2 tsp Butter
- 1 Puff pastry (rectangular)
- to taste Olive oil
- to taste Tarragon
Preparation
In a pan, cook the diced chicken with a little butter, add salt, pepper, thyme, and tarragon. Let it rest.
Sauté the onion in a pan with a little oil and salt.
In a third pan, sauté the diced bacon.
Place the chicken, bacon, and onion in a bowl. Add the cream and mix well.
Roll out the puff pastry in a rectangular baking dish for 8 portions and put the mixture inside. Add a few tablespoons of milk and bake in a fan-assisted oven at 392°F for 20 minutes.
Notes
You can cover the pie with a sheet of shortcrust pastry or puff pastry if you like.
