Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes

- 3 surimi (sticks)
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 zucchini
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
Preparation
Cut the tomatoes into pieces (also remove the skin) and cook them for a few minutes in a pan with oil, garlic, salt, and sugar.
Add the diced zucchini and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the diced blue shark and julienned surimi. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring water to a boil for the pasta and drain it slightly al dente. Put the pasta in the pan with the fish and vegetables, mix well and add the pepper.
Notes
Surimi is a food preparation mainly composed of cooked pollock pulp, packaged in the form of small orange-colored cylinders on the outside and white on the inside that mimic crab meat.
You can also use swordfish instead of blue shark, although the cost tends to rise a little.
