Ingredients
- 2.5 cups Beans
- 7 oz Sausage
- 10.5 oz Ground meat
- 10.5 oz Pasta
- 1 Bouillon cubes
- 2 tbsps Oil
- 1 Onion
- 12 oz Tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Pepper

Preparation
Cook the beans in water and bouillon cube for about 1 and a half hours.
Place the oil and onion in a pan, brown the crumbled sausage with the ground meat. Add the tomato sauce, a bit of bouillon cube, and cook for about 20 minutes.
Set aside 3 tablespoons of beans, add the rest to the pan after draining them and mix everything together.
Cook the pasta, remove it while still firm and put it in the pan with the sauce, add the grated Parmesan cheese.
Blend the reserved beans with a bit of oil and pepper.
I used this mixture as a base on the plate and placed the pasta with the sauce on top.
