Zesty Radishes

If you want a quick but very delicious appetizer, you can try these Zesty Radishes, with three different fillings. Let me know which one is your favorite! Here is a fresh and summery dish, to prepare when you don’t want to turn on the stove!!

Ingredients

  • 20 Radishes
  • 1/4 cup Cream cheese
  • 3 Chives (fresh, in stalks)
  • 6 Mushrooms (in oil)
  • 3.5 oz Tuna (paté)
  • 1.3 oz Ketchup

Preparation

  • Wash the radishes well, cut off the part with the tuft and set it aside, hollow them out with a sharp knife and level the bottom so they stand on the plate.
    Now you can prepare the three fillings:

    the first by mixing the cream cheese with chives;

    the second by mixing only the gorgonzola, making it soft;

    the third by mixing the paté with the ketchup
    Fill the radishes with the different fillings.
    Add the mushroom on top of the radishes filled with gorgonzola.
    Cover with the tufted part to complete the dish

Notes

The leftover inside part of the radishes can be enjoyed by dipping it in an oil and salt dip. Try it, it’s delicious!
