Ingredients
- 1 cup cups Strawberries
- 2 tbsp tbsps Sugar
- 0.2 oz oz Gelatin
- 1 tbsp tbsps Lemon juice
- 1 oz oz Mint syrup
- 1/4 cup cups Whipped cream (whipped)
Instructions
Clean and chop the strawberries into small pieces, let them cook in a saucepan for 5 minutes with the sugar.
Blend the mixture, put it back on the stove, and add 0.1 oz of gelatin which you previously soaked in cold water.
Let it cool.
In a small saucepan, mix the lemon juice with the mint syrup, add 0.1 oz of gelatin previously soaked in cold water, warm it up slightly to allow the gelatin to dissolve, and then let it cool.
In a bowl, put 1/4 cup of whipped cream, add 2/3 to the strawberry mixture and the remaining third to the mint mixture.
Pour the strawberry mixture into two glasses, place in the freezer for half an hour and then add the mint mixture. Leave in the freezer for at least two hours.
Notes
I used whipped cream from spray cans, but if you prefer, you can whip it yourself at home.
