When I crave a fresh, intense, and truly natural jam, I always make homemade ACE jam. It’s a recipe infused with the aroma of citrus, color, and simplicity, perfect for breakfast or filling wholesome desserts. Steps

  • Let’s prepare the fruit:

    Wash and carefully clean all the fruit. Remove the thinnest possible peel from 2 oranges and 2 lemons and set it aside.

  • Clean the oranges and lemons, removing as much of the white part as possible, then cut them into pieces, removing the seeds as well.

  • In the meantime, peel the apples and carrots and chop them together with the citrus peel.

  • Maceration:

    Put the carrots, apples, oranges, and lemons. Add sugar, mix well, and let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours. This step helps to bring out all the fruit’s aromas.

  • Cooking:

    After the resting time, transfer everything to a pot and place it on the heat. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the desired consistency is reached. At the end of cooking, add a bit of vanilla, stir, and turn off the heat. Jarring:

    Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars,

  • close tightly, and turn upside down to create a vacuum seal. Let cool completely.
